ChiSox_Sonix
Are you f***ing kidding me Dunn? Geezus christ I've had it with him now. They should have just PH Vizquel at least he would have put it in play.
fathom
Brutal managing..did Ozzie not expect Washington to bring in a lefty to face Mr. 0 for the season against LHP. Omar was the clear choice there.

southsider2k5
QUOTE (jasonxctf @ May 25, 2011 -> 03:18 PM) Could Ozzie have pulled Dunn back and replaced him with someone else in that position. If he did, would Dunn still be eligable or not? No. He would have been "used".
Balta1701
QUOTE (jasonxctf @ May 25, 2011 -> 04:18 PM) Could Ozzie have pulled Dunn back and replaced him with someone else in that position. If he did, would Dunn still be eligable or not? Yes, Ozzie could have used a 2nd pinch hitter. No, Dunn would not be available again.
Capn12
Why you'd let him hit against the lefty once he was called, I'll NEVER understand. Its pretty evident, he can't hit anyone throwing left handed this year.

fathom
QUOTE (BigSqwert @ May 25, 2011 -> 08:18 PM) Ozzie outmanaged once again. He is so freaking terrible. Has no idea how to anticipate the next move the opposition will make.
whitesoxfan101
Pinch hitting Dunn there might be the dumbest decision I've seen by any manager in baseball this season. Not that it surprises me. Bunting wasn't exactly a brillant idea either. Edited May 25, 2011 by whitesoxfan101
WilliamTell
It's sad when I honestly thought Morel had a better chance at getting the run in instead of Dunn. So frustrating seeing him strikeout so often. But that's what you have to expect.

Soxfest
How many failures with man on 3rd and 1 out have this team failed on. Darrin Oliver is cannon fodder.
elrockinMT
We are done DUNN and Juan and gone. Ramble, ramble, gnash teeth What a pathetic display. All we needed from AD was a fly ball
TheBigHurt
Ozzie outmanaged once again. You say that as if it's some sort of difficult achievement to be proud of.

whtsoxfan
Ozzie is an idiot! He has Dunn with his .192 BA and team leading K's pitch hit when we need someone who can make contact? Unreal, totally unreal ...
The Ginger Kid
Reading ozzie's remarks on JP you see that there's no move in the future coming from him. It will take a KW move to get him out of the lineup.
fathom
QUOTE (Leonard Zelig @ May 25, 2011 -> 08:21 PM) Which would you prefer, let Morel bat or hit for Dunn? Let Omar bat...I would rather have Timo Perez facing a lefty pitcher than Dunn. The guy doesn't have a single f***ing hit all year against LHP, and Ozzie created that situation. Hell, I don't even like Dunn up with a man on third and less than 2 outs against righties, as it's not like he's a good situational htiter. elrockinMT
QUOTE (Leonard Zelig @ May 25, 2011 -> 08:21 PM) Which would you prefer, let Morel bat or hit for Dunn? Once that decision was made it was all over. Dunn was the batter and of course another lefty came in. We had a righty against a lefty, why bring in Dunn in that situation?
