BigSqwert
That was a nice example of Mr Big RBI, multimillionaire Adam Dunn not coming through with a big hit in the inning. His handful of walks this year have not led to many big innings. At some point he needs to knock in some runs.

Yeah you shouldn't be hoping that he gets walked so you can get to your 130 pound center fielder and 56 year old 3B.
fathom
Should be an all hands on deck relief effort today.

bigruss
Im not going to fault a player for taking a walk, if that's what is given to him then go ahead and take it. Sure a home run or big hit would be great, but I won't fault a hitter for not chasing pitches. It's a team sport still, other guys will have to pick up the RBI's after him. chiguy79
Dunn is going to the plate in that situation looking to walk and not strikeout. He has no confidence, they should send him down for a few weeks to beat up on some AAA pitching so he can remember what solid contact feels like. Pierre should just go away, but he is Ozzie's man crush. I swear he has pictures of ozzie and is using them as blackmail.

winninguglyin83
This should be interesting -- Sale vs. Gonzalez. didn't he face him for the last out Tuesday night? Great hitter. He'll adjust. Hopefully Sale has his best stuff.

whitesoxfan99
So people are seriously complaining about a hitter taking a walk to load the bases with only 1 out in an inning? Dunn has been beyond awful this year but complaining about him taking a walk in that situation is absurd.
