BigEdWalsh
I don't even care that Adam Dunn went 0-4 with 2 Ks and GIDP....because THAT'S A WHITE SOX WINNER!!!! And FINALLY for Danks. What a relief.
greg775
The Good Sox showed up tonight. Great starting pitching, Sergio automatic, AJ with the nice flashy throw and nice tag at second. Beckham with the nice RBi hit. Paulie with the dinger. Lilly with the catch. Crisp nice victory. The type of game that makes you wonder why this team isn't 10 over .500. We all know the Bad Sox, however. No need to remind of them on a happy night ... a W night. Edited June 7, 2011 by greg775

fathom
Went to the game tonight, and a few observations: - Morel played very strong defense, as Seattle didn't hit a lot of balls hard - I don't think anyone at the park thought Konerko's homer was actually going to get out of the park - I can't recall the last person who was as hated on the Sox as Dunn is. The booing was contagious throughout the park, and started when he would get two strikes on him.

He look like he lifted his head and did indeed bobble it a second making Hawk pause.
CaliSoxFanViaSWside
Nice team victory. Kong Homer. Beckham great AB on his RBI single . Morel good D. Lillibridge 3 BB's and sweet catch. Danks, Crain and Santos combining to to get JD his 1st win. Quentin 2 more doubles for his league leading 20th. AJ 2 knocks and a ribbie but no rhubarb
southsider2k5
BTW, the Lilli-Catch was as good as it gets. He didn't have a chance at that ball, and he came fullspeed out of no where to go full extension and make it.
Balta1701
QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ Jun 7, 2011 -> 09:31 AM) BTW, the Lilli-Catch was as good as it gets. He didn't have a chance at that ball, and he came fullspeed out of no where to go full extension and make it. It's not as good as it gets. He could have flipped the ball through his legs to Quentin to throw a runner out.
Milkman delivers
QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Jun 7, 2011 -> 08:50 AM) It's not as good as it gets. He could have flipped the ball through his legs to Quentin to throw a runner out. Plus, he must've had a chance at it. You know, since he caught it
