winninguglyin83
Why would it take two months to determine Rios was holding his hands too low? Seems like a two-minute job.
JoshPR
How can a player take so long to notice what is affecting you? If rios knows last year he had a decent season with his hands higher, why change? Why be so hard headed?

Balta1701
QUOTE (winninguglyin83 @ Jun 11, 2011 -> 08:04 PM) Why would it take two months to determine Rios was holding his hands too low? Seems like a two-minute job. Rios has to be willing to listen. Moving his hands down last year supposedly helped make a big positive difference early in the season for him, now he had to raise them back up and stop doing what he thought worked last year. caulfield12
Matsui not winning any admiration from Bob Melvin there not getting the runner over to 3rd...considering one of the changes was the vow to play Hideki every game not instead of platooning him. Balta1701
Crap. Get the free run, give it right back. Just like last night, it feels like we ought to have 4-5 already.
caulfield12
Hopefully the give that error to Castro. No way Lillibridge deserves it for the runner getting to 2nd. But he misplayed it....perhaps he lost it in the lights since he's not used to playing LF very much this season. Definitely had a play on that with the right read off the bat. caulfield12
At least Ozzie has been smart enough to try Lillibridge over Pierre against a lefty. Unfortunately, it's not very easy to keep shifting him all over the OF and expecting the same stellar defensive play. We probably gave them a run right there they didn't 100% deserve. Although you can't say "Pierre would have had it" this year, that's for sure.
