Got off to a slow start now has his batting average up to .308...If i remember from last season and from what he has done this season he seems like a very streaky hitter. danman31 Posted June 18, 2011 Share Posted June 18, 2011 Short's d is supposed to be good for a corner, but only passable in center. JPN will have to weigh in to confirm that. I questioned his bat last year, but I'm not so sure I can anymore. He's had 2 10+ hitting streaks within a week or so of each other against AA pitching.
