Bmr31
Hey i am not a JM basher, and im not what youd call a supporter. I think we can get better and i think we can get worse. To me, his biggest weakness is being a strong leader. His 2nd weakness is how he uses the pen. Anyway, today i read something that makes me understand his decisions a whole lot better. I may not agree with how he views things but i finally understand. He said that he views a closer in a different light. Sometimes, if the other teams best hitters are coming up, he may view it as a close situation in the 8th or 7th, or even 6th. I may not agree, but i finally understand why he does the things he does. badabob03
Jerry does the best he can do with his limited instincts and baseball savy..His decisions are at best guesses and not even intellegent guesses. His constant line-up juggling is almost laughable and his taking four starters out for a rest on the same game was stupid verging on insane....all in all we are one game out inspite of him not because of him but i still hope he gets it together for the stretch run especially in his handling of the pitching staff... Yeah i have to agree. He doesnt have to rest 3 or 4 starters in the same game. Basically, its almost throwing a game.
Capn12
is a nimrod....oh, I thought we were playing 'finish this sentence'. I'll take MLB managers who have no f***ing clue how to manage a Bullpen for $400 please, Alex.
YASNY
I'll have to give him some credit for one thing. Even though it cost us the first game of KC series, he was RIGHT to take Garland out of that game. They (JM and Coop) have been preaching at JG about bearing down all the time. Finish the batter, inning, game... he gets close to doing any ofg those things and then he lets up. When Garland gave up the single on an 0-2 count to start the 6th, JM removed him in an attempt to get his attention. Well, Jonny G got pissed off, so it must have worked. Now. maybe, he'll get a killer instinct on the mound. We'll see, but I like that fact that JM is trying to make him develope that.

JM can blame all he wants, but get some balls and maybe the players would FOLLOW.

Texsox
I like how often he gets tossed from games. Maybe he could start getting tossed earlier, like when he's filling out the lineup card.
