LayelBurton
In a response to my Behind the Boxscore: Addison Reed article: http://www.chicagonow.com/blogs/future-sox...dison-reed.html Reed received his 1st career inherited runners tonight in his 1.1IP outing in Huntsville. He was left with 2 runners (on corners) from Johnnie Lowe. This would equal a 0.00 RRA 1.1IP 1H 0R/ER 2K -- Lowers his season ERA to 1.34 Edited June 20, 2011 by LayelBurton
Cali
Where did Trayce's eye for the walks come from all of a sudden? Still not hitting very well, but walks and homers are a good combo...
SoxAce
QUOTE (Cali @ Jun 19, 2011 -> 10:56 PM) Where did Trayce's eye for the walks come from all of a sudden? Still not hitting very well, but walks and homers are a good combo... He's developing his plate discipline which was what scouts raved about for him in becoming a monster. Still has to develop his overall game, but this is very good news if he can maintain this the whole year. Here is Birmingham's game since Dan likes to slack off. http://web.minorleaguebaseball.com/milb/st...biraax_hunaax_1 Marrero with a nice night. NorthSideSox72
Looks like they are stretching Shirek back out again to start. Odd, since he seemed to finally be having some success as a reliever.
JPN366
QUOTE (NorthSideSox72 @ Jun 20, 2011 -> 08:15 AM) Looks like they are stretching Shirek back out again to start. Odd, since he seemed to finally be having some success as a reliever. I think it was Leesman's turn in the rotation, and he was elected to the SL all star game. It might have been a spot start in place of Leesman.

It might have been a spot start in place of Leesman. Though its two starts in a row now.
JPN366
QUOTE (NorthSideSox72 @ Jun 20, 2011 -> 04:00 PM) Though its two starts in a row now. Leesman made his previous schedule start on the 13th. Shirek spot started the second game of the double header on the 15th. As of right now, the Barons rotation is Santiago, Griffith, Edwards, Doyle, Leesman. Edited June 20, 2011 by JPN366
