We're talking Peavy, though. Not Verlander. I don't like Peavy pitching in Coors. And any extra rest you can afford to give him works for me.

I don't know about you guys, but I could tell from the start that Peavy just did not have it. His pitches weren't moving much and his velocity was way down.

 

Hopefully they pull him relatively early today and he's able to bounce back next week.
