I actually wouldn't be too shocked if Donny Lucy got the call.

Lucy replaced Flowers during the Knights' game today, so I would be incredibly shocked if that happened.

Welp, I suck.

Lucy just replaced Flowers in the game. I expect Tyler to be on his way to Chicago.

He must have gotten the text. Honestly I am surprised that no one called Charlotte and told them to get him out to be safe.

Too slow

Worth a shot.

He'll never play, of course.

That is my assumption. Once a week maybe and back down after Castro is healed. It is just a tease

As long as AJ is around, Flowers will be on the bench most of the time. With a veteran like Castro, Ozzie would force AJ to the bench every now and then. Now AJ gets to pull the "what, you're going to play the rookie over me?" card until the season ends in September.

I am expecting spot starts here and there, just like Castro. With the dog days of summer coming up, you cant expect AJ to go out there every day for weeks on end.

Would it be illegal for AJ to hide one of those t-shirt cannons under his chest protector and use it to throw out runners attempting to steal?

The Pride Crew weren't using T-Shirt cannons last Monday. They were throwing the shirts by hand, and could only get a few rows deep.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Tyler Flowers could spend the rest of the 2011 season with the Chicago White Sox because of a lengthy rehabilitation prescribed for popular backup catcher Ramon Castro.

Castro underwent a follow-up examination on his broken right hand and index finger at Midwest Orthopedics at Rush University Medical Center. An eight-to-12-week rehabilitation was recommended for Castro, who suffered the break on June 9.

Castro underwent surgery last Thursday at Rush and stayed in Chicago while the Sox embarked on this three-city, nine-game trip.

Flowers started his first game for the Sox on Tuesday and went 0-for-3.
