fathom
Swarzak has nothing out there. I'll be disappointed if we don't hit at least 2 homers against him.
caulfield12
So Dunn has 31 K's in his last 62 AB's? Ouch.
fathom
No hustle by Rios on another weak chopper. Don't worry, he said he'll be better during the 2nd half.
elrockinMT
QUOTE (fathom @ Jul 10, 2011 -> 06:41 PM) Swarzak has nothing out there. I'll be disappointed if we don't hit at least 2 homers against him. Hope they realize soon he doesn't have anything. That called third strike to CQ looked like a gift to Swarzak by the ump

Harry Chappas
QUOTE (fathom @ Jul 10, 2011 -> 01:41 PM) Swarzak has nothing out there. I'll be disappointed if we don't hit at least 2 homers against him. the opposing pitcher and his stuff is irrelevant to the outcome of the White Sox offense if they overswing and are not selective it will be a quick and embarrassing end yet again
fathom
Oh yay, this should go well. Beautiful leadoff bunt for Repko.
Friend of Nordhagen
QUOTE (fathom @ Jul 10, 2011 -> 01:42 PM) No hustle by Rios on another weak chopper. Don't worry, he said he'll be better during the 2nd half. And a terrible swing on a terrible pitch, a high hanger that he managed to jam himself on. At this point, he's simply a brutally inept, chronically joyless baseball player. Hate watching him "play."
fathom
1st and 3rd, no outs. Peavy clearly doesn't have anything on his fastball, as he's throwing a ton of change-ups.
chw42
You wonder why the Sox can't get hits on the bunts they usually fail to put down.
elrockinMT
I am afraid it's Jake that is going to cave first. Back to back singles by Twins and no out
fathom
QUOTE (Friend of Nordhagen @ Jul 10, 2011 -> 06:45 PM) And a terrible swing on a terrible pitch, a high hanger that he managed to jam himself on. At this point, he's simply a brutally inept, chronically joyless baseball player. Hate watching him "play." I'm not exaggerating when I say he's had the worst at bats the last few weeks I've ever seen a hitter have for the White Sox. It's not like he's swinging and missing. Rather, he just hits the ball with so little authority.

Baron
Good news is I get to watch Viciedo today in the Minors All Star game. Bad news is the White Sox offense continues to make me puke. Edited July 10, 2011 by Baron

fathom
Ugh, he's just flipping the ball up to the plate. No bite, no nothing. Back-up catchers are owning Peavy this week.
chw42
What pisses me off more than anything is that their piece of s*** hitters like Butera actually contribute. While ours don't do jack s***.
