caulfield12
Dunn has to be growing in confidence, particularly after getting a hit off Verlander. Against LHP, who knows. But he's making solid contact tonight.
sin city sox fan
QUOTE (Quinarvy @ Jul 15, 2011 -> 08:37 PM) Can't really hate on Dunn for that. If Adam hits the ball that hard throughout the rest of the year, he'll have quite a second half.

sin city sox fan
QUOTE (sin city sox fan @ Jul 15, 2011 -> 08:27 PM) Floyd has still only thrown 87 pitches tonight. I'd pitch him in the 8th....but if 2 runners get on, get him out of there. Keep the confidence high after a quality start. Great managing here. Me and Ozzie think alike sometimes. caulfield12
This doesn't bode well. Bruney getting pulled. Looks like Ozzie has to go with the lefty. Ohman? Hmmm....I know it's 8-2, but I'd prefer Thornton or Sale with the All-Star break giving all those guys a ton of rest.
Real
pretty obvious what ozzie is doing trying to win with the talentless turds in the pen (bruney/ohman), so he can preserve his better arms

Everything is UP, UP, UP with Bruney. Always, it seems. I personally don't see the love affair that Ozzie has with him, but that's just me. He has gotten some big outs for us at least. ChiliIrishHammock24
Ohman is coming on? Since when is he our shutdown, high-pressure guy? I mean, sure we are up by 6 runs right now, but these guys are well rested. Just get Santos/Crain/Thornton/Sale in there is just shut this b**** down before Ohman allows a bases clearing double and it's a 3-run lead....
