Word has it that the Sox upper management was using the first 12 games in the second half to evaluate if they're contenders or not.

 

If we lose this one and a few of the next - I think a sell off is likely.

Will Rongey ever start saying a move is needed? That doesn't seem like his normal type of statement. His job is to defend the current roster until it's shaken up.

sell off what? Rios and Dunn are the contracts that are destroying this team (And Peavy's)

 

sell off the contracts that are actually helping the team, and keep the trash?

 

this makes no sense.
