kageman129
QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Jul 29, 2011 -> 09:24 PM) Brown is staying with the Phils. Right, but I would've loved to see Quentin go to Phillie and Brown go to Chicago . . . Instead, Brown is on the bench now.

Balta1701
QUOTE (kageman129 @ Jul 29, 2011 -> 09:37 PM) Right, but I would've loved to see Quentin go to Phillie and Brown go to Chicago . . . Instead, Brown is on the bench now. Ibanez will probably go to the bench more than Brown.
Jordan4life_2007
QUOTE (kageman129 @ Jul 29, 2011 -> 08:37 PM) Right, but I would've loved to see Quentin go to Phillie and Brown go to Chicago . . . Instead, Brown is on the bench now. Phillies fans are saying Brown will shift to LF? May as well. Ibanez is worse than Pierre. Brown is more than athletic enough to handle LF. caulfield12
That was surely the textbook definition of a manufactured run by this 2011 Sox "offense."

Balta1701
Wait, Ohman is up with Gavin just under a hundred pitches just in case G gets in trouble, but Phil Humber and Jake Peavy just have to work through their problems?

fathom
QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Jul 30, 2011 -> 01:48 AM) Wait, Ohman is up with Gavin just under a hundred pitches just in case G gets in trouble, but Phil Humber and Jake Peavy just have to work through their problems? Stone was pretty critical about how Tuesday's 6th inning was handled when he was on the radio today. He was talking about how obvious it is when Peavy loses it, as his slider is constanty up in the zone.
