WSFAN35
Is he finally starting to find his velocity? He was clocked at 96 the other day, and hopefully he's starting to get it back. Even if his control is off, zinging bb's will keep hitters off of his other pitches and make him alot more affective. I say let him eat up some innings that aren't too important and help him find his velocity. We need him to get his crap together in order to go far in the playoffs. He didn't come close to 96 when I was at the game on Tuesday. Just the typical 91-93 that Sox fans have been accustomed to. And the only BB's offered was the one off of Berroa's bat to RF. JM pulled Botch after that to resounding boo's.

The FSN gun had him hitting 96. So who knows.

Wong & Owens
Just remember that I said a week ago that he will hit 100mph in a game before the end of August.
Cerbaho-WG
The FSN gun also said Jeremy Affeldt hit 97, which is a joke.
upnorthsox
Honestly I don't give a s*** about Koch anymore, he's had plenty of time now to add a cutter or splitter or whatever it'd take to get guys from sitting on his Illinois fastball but instead he's decided to be selfish and wallow in self pity waiting for a fastball that'll never come, so f***'m. It's too bad for the club that they signed him to that contract which made him untradable or unreleaseable but at least at the end of the month he'll get his do when they put him on the DL or just flat out leave him off the playoff roster. Anyhow, I hope the slew of articles on him today is the last I'll have to read about him in a long long while.
