Same thing that happened to Arrieta and most of their pitching propects. Remember Mazzone's reputation? He didn't have much luck fixing any of them, did he? Bedard was about the only good hurler they had.

Which team is the Angry Birds? Cardinals after this week?

Tillman has been pitching well lately. I think the Sox will have trouble with him tonight...

As the Orioles emptied out of the dugout and jogged to home plate to meet Nolan Reimold, whose two-run homer in the 10th inning off Jason Frasor had just given the home team a 6-4 victory over the Chicago White Sox, Adam Jones was in the back of the scrum barking at the visitor's dugout at Camden Yards.

"Just me and Ozzie," Jones said when asked about what started the conversation. "Him and I go back to forth. It’s part of the competition." Asked about the severity of the conversation, Jones said: "We’ll see in a couple of days. I’m protecting myself and protecting my team. He’s protecting himself and his team. It’s part of the game."

Thank goodness no Omar.

Dunn is hitting where he should (I mean if he has to play at all).

Too bad Ozzie won't bench Rios and play DeAza. Sad.

Greg, you're six days too late with the Rios comment.

Although it sure would be nice if he knew how to bunt...not that Dunn or Beckham would have driven the runs in during the 8th.

Omar is still a solid glove and bat. He might have just had a bad day or is rusty since he's a utility player for the most part. Now Dunn on the other hand... he's just useless on defense and offense. If it isn't broke, don't fix it. THE SOX have won fine without his "contributions".

Bench him! Bench him!

I don't care how much money these clowns make. If you don't perform you don't play. That's the way the cookie crumbles.

Omar is absolutely terrible with the bat. Provides nothing productive at the plate.

He doesn't get to play enough. Not saying he should. He was batting something like .270 ish last year. He knows how to hit. I remember he hit a triple sometime this year, how many triples do the SOX have this year? He moved Pierre into 3rd for the first run last night did he not? Could you trust ARAM2 with that task in the 2 hole?

I'd say you are concentrating on the negatives too much. OV is a decent bat.
