NorthSideSox72
With both bullpens tired, it would be huge for the Sox to pound Carmona early as they have previously, and get into the CLE bullpen quick. Not only increases the odds of a win here, but exhausts their pen with another game to go. Score early, score big.

After a night like last night, I'd have no problem with Danks or Floyd being treated the same way.

iamshack
We do have Stewart to eat innings now too. We'll be just fine, as long as we don't have several extra inning games in the next week.
