Sox vs Rangers game thread

Why when the Sox hitters don't hit, Walker has to go, but when Peavy and Floyd fall apart no one calls for Cooper's head. I will. Obviously he's not getting through to these guys. More often than not when Cooper goes out to the mound it means runs are about to be scored. He needs to go.

Sox were 5th in ERA I believe coming into this series. Anyone watching this year knows that it's been the offense which has prevented the Sox from winning more games.

Off-topic: good luck to whoever has to play the Phillies come October. Easily the most complete team in baseball. Hunter Pence, like I knew he would, has fit in beautifully.

Brewers are pretty damn good right now, and Kimbrel has got to be the most electric reliever in baseball this year for the Braves. As a Cubs hater, I enjoy seeing the depth of great teams in the NL.

I'm pulling for the Braves. Interesting and likable team makeup, and prospects for days. They are real fun to watch.

4 teams make the playoffs. Considering the investment, 5th isn't good enough. He needs to go.

Greinke and Gallatdo migt well e able to hang with Lee and Roy in a 7 gamer, and the Brewers have a more complete lineup

I'd like the Brewers a lot more with a healthy Weeks. And I don't know about that Atlanta offense. The Phillies just have no discernible weakness.

That atlant offense needs Heyward to stop beig Gordon Beckham

Hawk with a slight jab at the attendance. Personally, I think the Sox are getting what they deserve.

Did you watch the Tuesday game? Hawk probably made 10 references to the attendance of other teams.

Hawk about to lose it with regards to Rios

There's nothing more insulting to the fanbase than trotting out a guy who only wants to trot everyday. Just let De Aza play and sit this guy down until you are out of it, and let Dunn sit next to him.

The Sox are setting themselves up for just a gigantic PR disaster if they lose Buehrle this offseason because they're payroll is too high led by guys like Rios and Dunn.

Give Kinney some credit, I guess.

I liked him in St. Louis, and I remember saying during ST that he'd be up with the team this year. He got shelled a few hours later, and I got made fun of (deservedly so). I will say that it looks like someone made a bad decision in promoting Bruney before him.

I think Buehrle is the team's best all around pitcher. He fields his position and holds runners on base.
