southsideirish71
Mitch Williams is about to cry. Maybe its the 177 degree heat, the ball that hit him in the head, or his perfect mechanics and mastery of the pitching science.
jenksycat
Just so I'm clear, was Mitch Williams a former pitcher?
BigEdWalsh
QUOTE (Downtown518 @ Sep 3, 2011 -> 10:52 AM) Maybe my limited posting history and first game thread will be what starts the magical streak the Sox need.... So far you're lookin' good. You may want to seriously consider starting the game thread tomorrow.
southsideirish71
QUOTE (Jenksy Cat @ Sep 3, 2011 -> 04:39 PM) Just so I'm clear, was Mitch Williams a former pitcher? Obviously a control specialist who knew the in's and outs of pitching. I must of been drinking a lot back then because I remember Mitch being a pitcher with some of thew worst mechanics I have ever seen falling off the mound and relying on just heat. Imagine Matt Thornton's velocity with a worse secondary pitch. Edited September 3, 2011 by southsideirish71

max power
"The booth is already full of hot air" williams says. If he said it is 177 degrees in there, I might believe it.
witesoxfan
Nevermind the fact that he was completely wrong about the Pierre AB. Pierre was running fine down the line the entire time and Cabrera was in his way, so he moved slightly in. Perhaps Pierre did some of it intentionally, but there is no way you can call him out for that. I don't mind Vasgersian or whatever his name is.
