Incoming freshman weighing in at 158, and am 6'3'' already. I have the longest arms so I can't show my muscles by standing there, so it is pretty embarassing. At least my equipment is big but I still would like to do some musclular activity.

I need to:

Get stronger

Get quicker

Any suggestions appreciated, taking into mind that I am a fresh 15 year old man.

Look at my sig! Or go look at a poster of "My Bosses Daughter" where shes leaning on Kutchers shoulder. Her eyes are awesome! Add to that one hell of a body and shes the hottest chick in Hollywood... :headbang

She's the hottest chick in the US, but I'd still take Kristin Kreuk overall. :canada

to get quicker you should run 2 miles everyday. I run more, but that is because I am thinning down for cross country. If you want to lose weight I suggest you too run more than 2 miles.

 

to get stronger you should do the usual regimens

 

Day 1- Back and shoulders

Day 2- arms

Day 3- Chest

 

I don't know the names of the exercises I do for each of those, I just know how to do them. so I suggest you see your school's weight training coach.

There are a few similarities I guess. Not that many though, and I don't find Jackie (don't know name of actress) good looking.

Most of the similarities I think are in the face. I have to look at the picture again.

 

How could you not find Jackie hot? She is a little small chested but, c'mon, she is really attractive.

I don't know. She's alright, but there is just something about her I don't like. I think she is kinda weird looking. To be honest I don't see how Kristin and Jackie have similarities in their face. They have the same hair color and style, so that's probably it.
