LittleHurt05
QUOTE (sunofgold @ Oct 10, 2011 -> 10:18 PM) So who is the scorekeeper going to credit this win too. I am assuming Cards hold onto to the lead. Jackson only pitched 4 1/3 innings. I would give the win to Lynn who finished the fifth. So they will probably give the win to Salas who pitched the sixth. lol! Lynn only threw one pitch, but it was a bases loaded GIDP, so I would give him the win too. sunofgold
QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Oct 14, 2011 -> 07:49 PM) Hairston giveth and taketh away. St Louis wins . UP 3 games to 2. Going back to Milwaukee. Think that they win this series even though Brewers still have home field advantage. And NL has home field advantage in World Series.
RockRaines
Two terrible and laughable rosters. Its ridiculous that some of these players are on probable WS teams.
greg775
Tony LaRussa is one win from being a lock for the Hall of Fame. Wow. This Cardinals team is possibly headed to the WS? It does give the Sox hope in the Ventura era even with a horrible roster. GO SOX!
Cali
I thought the Rays had a way better shot of competing as far as the Wild Card teams went this year... Oops.

max power
Why do the cards fans hate morgan so much? The announcers can't seem to leave that alone, but they never say why.
Brian
QUOTE (MAX @ Oct 16, 2011 -> 05:35 PM) Why do the cards fans hate morgan so much? The announcers can't seem to leave that alone, but they never say why. He likes calling people names on the Cardinals via Twitter like a 13 year old girl. Also thinks he is better than he really is. max power
Okay, so I read up on him a little bit. I think he has probably already supplanted AJ as baseballs most hated player. AJ will not be happy.
Balta1701
And that may be it for this version of the Brewers as competitors.
iamshack
QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Oct 16, 2011 -> 07:20 PM) And that may be it for this version of the Brewers as competitors. I guess the books out here have a lot of exposure with the Cardinals because in early Sept they were 200-1 to win the NL and 400-1 to win the WS. They were pretty big Brewers fans this week.
