I think he meant Tigers not Tribe.

Yep...

Cleveland in first, DET in second, us pretty much out of it already.

CLEVELAND 29-15/30-15

DETROIT 22-22/23-22 7 games back

CHW 19-25/20-25 10 games back

3 1/2 back this year, DET 6 games back

Cleveland is for real.

They were much better last year at this time, and DET was even further behind than now.

We'll see.

It's like every year saying the Royals are for real. Sure, they just swept DET at home, but can they continue to play this well in July/August/September?

Like the White Sox, they've always faded down the stretch when faced with competition from the Tigers or Twins, except for 2007.

The last time they came from behind to win a division was 2001, when MIN got off to a hot start like the Royals in 2003 or the Indians last year. But historically, they've always faded in the second half or collapsed in the end (2005).

Ozzie Guillen thinks their manager is a clown.

Really?

I didn't know Ozzie would think of such a great team that way.

I was mistaken.

Cleveland is not the real deal.

#Tigers call up C Omir Santos to replace 2B Ryan Raburn on roster.

Wow, Raburn got sent down.

Tigers place RHP Doug Fister on 15-day DL (retroactive to May 29) with a left side strain.

My fantasy team takes yet another hit. First Weaver, now Fister. Ugh.

With Fister, he was fine his first start and then it started getting progressively worse and worse.

Lost his velocity, movement and command, team was getting concerned about him changing his arm angle to lessen the stress on his oblique.

Will probably be out another 4-6 weeks.

Best available RH bat the Tigers now have is Gerald Laird. Raburn experiment over, down to AAA. In the market for hitting/2B. Right now, Danny Worth also likely to be receiving more playing time.

That is his 3rd DL stint since joining the Tigers, right?

And they shouldn't try to pitch to Cabrera, lol.

At least they walked Fielder to face Young.

Red Sox do have the lead back again.

They desperately need Middlebrooks' bat, but he already made one rookie mistake at 3rd, which allowed Miguel Cabrera to score. Then again, he hit a homer. So they're crossing their fingers on Middlebrooks at 3rd and Gonzalez, who has no range or arm, in RF.
