kageman129
Okay, thoughts. Root for Cabrera to win the Triple Crown or not? I'm torn because it hasn't been done in forever so it'd be cool - BUT, I live in Michigan and everyone is Tigers fans, so it would be pretty cool if he didn't, ha ha. Just wondering what everyone else thinks about it?

cabiness42
I want to see history if the Sox can't win. As much as I would like to see history, I can't root for a jerk like Cabrera to succeed at anything.

witesoxfan
QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ Oct 3, 2012 -> 08:38 AM) Buster Olney @Buster_ESPN Max Scherzer hurt his ankle during the Tigers' celebration, and won't pitch today. Since they wish for injury on Sale, here's hoping that ankle develops gangrene.

kitekrazy
QUOTE (knightni @ Oct 2, 2012 -> 12:10 PM) I want to see history if the Sox can't win. Same here. I don't hate the guy. I'd like him a lot better if he wore Sox uniform though. Congrats to Miguel Cabrera on the Triple Crown.

They had to change their philosophy after going to an outdoor stadium. Beating the ball into the ground and trying to beat it out doesn't work so well outdoors. Their offense I think was decent this season, too lazy too look up stats but seemingly their pitching was just terrible.
greg775
Royals axed Kevin Seitzer today. All because of Hosmer's sucking. Hosmer had a wasted season basically. He stunk.
