danman31
The weird thing is we beat Mulder and Harden, but lost to Lilly. It helps we had Buehrle and Loaiza on the mound for those games...
Mathew
Good series.
winninguglyin83
no way the Sox would have taken two outta three from Oakland earlier this season. most impressive to me: The key runs were scored without the long ball. That's what the sox are going to need to keep winning against the good teams.
Soxplosion
Great win today. Im very glad to see us going to Anaheim only .5 back of KC. Time to overtake em for good!
Wise Master Buehrle
Hopefully our Anaheim woes are over. Go Sox!
Jim Fainter
CLee's fielding slump lasted only one game.
whitesox247
most impressive to me: The key runs were scored without the long ball. Loved the 2 out RBIs. Bring on Anaheim
kevingrt13
Anytime the Royals play the D-Rays and we play the A's, I'll take gaining a half game on the division leader. Very proud of our White Sox this weekend!
Jordan4life_2003
I'm f***IN ESTATIC over takin 2 of 3 from a really good A's team. We beat Mulder and guy who's been dominatin fools since he came up. This gives the guys and fans confidence that they can hang with the big boys. I hope we really take it to the Angels. The have been the classic definition of FLUKE this year...
cwsox
THAT IS REALLY ODD, but ill take it!!! that's not odd, that's baseball
BridgeportHeather
Hopefully our Anaheim woes are over. Go Sox! I believe they are...I mean, the Angels are like 5-18 since the all star break. They aren't really breaking it out this year. I don't see any less than 3 of 4 in this series going to the Sox. Cotts' game is the only ? in my book so far, as he has yet to face major league batters. Here's hoping this fearless prediction actually happens, and that KC and the Twins beat eachother up. clujer420
no way the Sox would have taken two outta three from Oakland earlier this season. most impressive to me: The key runs were scored without the long ball. That's what the sox are going to need to keep winning against the good teams. You're right. Earlier in the year, we would have found a way to lose Friday's 3-2 game, and we probably would have rolled over in today's game, scored 1 run, and lost 2-1 or something. But thankfully this isn't earlier in the year.
danman31
CLee's fielding slump lasted only one game. It was no slump. Carlos just is a crappy LF, plain and simple. That play where he fell was an easy play he made hard.
