That's one thing that upset people about Ozzie. There's a difference between having faith in a player and giving him a few chances compared to making them do it every time and setting them up for failure. Would go hand in hand with his version of the alphabet, actually. I'll read into that as he doesn't like what is currently in place at the front office. Maybe if things don't go so well for KW in the next year or two, he'd come in play the role of "baseball guy to watch the baseball guy" (and pick his own staff).
