Jake
QUOTE (ZoomSlowik @ May 22, 2012 -> 03:55 PM) The "potential" part is the killer though because legitimate big men that can score down low, rebound and defend are about as common as World Series banners in Chicago. You mean it might be difficult to find a suitable replacement for Carlos Boozer? blasphemy!
ZoomSlowik
QUOTE (Jake @ May 22, 2012 -> 04:14 PM) You mean it might be difficult to find a suitable replacement for Carlos Boozer? blasphemy! Carlos has never been able to defend, and his scoring hasn't looked so hot of late either.
Steve9347
Wade just got away with the most blatant double dribble I have ever seen.

southsider2k5
QUOTE (Steve9347 @ May 22, 2012 -> 07:27 PM) Wade just got away with the most blatant double dribble I have ever seen. I flipped there during the commercial of the Sox game. After i saw that I turned back to the WCIU commercials because they were less annoying. ZoomSlowik
I don't normally gripe about the refs, but how can it be a flagrant when Hansbrough got the ball before the contact to the head?

Soxbadger
Pacers playing terrible tonight. At this point they just have to try and get some momentum for next game and hope that Lebron gets injured on the flight. ZoomSlowik
Pacers may be screwed anyways without Granger. They don't have a ton of firepower on the perimeter even with him, and he was guarding Lebron as well.
Jordan4life_2007
Heat's support players have finally showed up. This series is over. I expect them to beat Boston and lose to whomever emerges from the west.

GoodAsGould
QUOTE (Jordan4life @ May 22, 2012 -> 08:30 AM) Um, no. That's just not the same as saying that teams that shoot 60% or better from the field end up winning a majority of their games. Especially when Harden is going to command a hefty raise after next year. Nice try, though. Maybe resigning Harden isn't realistic but the statement you made is just as common sense as anything Badger ever said. But, I guess since it's you being called out it isn't the same thing..... greg775
Anybody think Okie City has a chance vs. the Spurs? I say San Antonio in four or five. I don't think OKC is ready for prime time still. The Heat apparently got their wake up call when the Pacers went up 2-1 and everybody was saying Eric would be fired after the season ends and people were getting down on Wade. Right now the Heat are looking to be locks to make the Finals. No way Miami is going to lose to Boston or Philly. Overreaction galore.

But, I guess since it's you being called out it isn't the same thing..... Not really. You're trying to be smooth and a tough guy but you really aren't. If the Thunder's top 4 were locked up for the next 5 years then you'd have a point. There would be nothing to discuss. They're more than likely going to be penalized for drafting too well. That's what I meant. But go ahead and try to emphasize something that's not there.
