VAfan
I think the Sox could really lay it on Anaheim and Texas over the next week. While KC is hosting the Yanks and then the Twins, now is a golden opportunity for the Sox to put some distance on our two rivals. Anaheim's offense is weak and their pitching suspect. Texas may hit better, but can't compete with our starters. And Neal Cotts is ready to finally make us 5 strong in the starting corps. Anyone else think we can spank these Western clubs? I thought we were done making highly unlikely predictions when the White Sox play teams that, on paper, they should defeat
Jim Fainter
This is one of the most important weeks of the season for us. We have to have a good week here. I'm psyched.
Elcaballo45
Why is every series the most important series, the series against KC 2 weeks ago was supposed to be the biggest, then against seattle, then the biggest was the kc series at home to gain ground, then the oakland series is the biggest series. Now this road trip is the biggest? Its gotta end sometime, or maybe the closer we get to game 162, the bigger every series becomes... hmm... i must ponder on that one GO SOX! + #45! PUT C. LEE IN THE 2 HOLE TONIGHT JM!

Go get'em Sox I agree....Every series from this point is huge..
mreye
So much for 7-0.
southsider2k5
We just need to keep winning series. 7-0 was a nice pipe dream, but not realistic.
Clarkdog
Last night's game was a downer. But this division is going to be decided in the last two weeks of the season. Just win/split series on the road, and win series at home. 5-2 is still possible on this road trip. 4-3 would not suck. You've got seven at home after this trip with these teams - and we are tough to beat at home. It's gonna be ulcer enducing.
upnorthsox
4-3 was my goal for this road trip 5-2 was the hope, last night only made it harder to get either but not impossible. A loss tonight though puts us in real bad shape.
