LittleHurt05
HBO has been slacking recently. Luck sucked despite all the talented actors. Eastbound & Down was unwatchable at the end. Girls - I tried it for 10 minutes, and it may be worse than How to Make It in America VEEP could be OK, but the trailer didn't wow me

I'm leaning your way but willing to give it a few more episodes. I was out on E&D half way through Season 1. I was bored during episode 1 of Luck but as the run continued, I heard people talking about how good it go so I may go back and watch it since it is done. You are right though. Showtime and FX are the two networks to be watching now.

Luck did start improving as the season went on, but I stopped once it got cancelled. I'm not into the medieval fantasy stuff so I don't watch Game of Thrones either. I never got into Nurse Jackie, Californication or Dexter. The Borgias is OK, but nothing great.

Weeds improved last season and since this is the last season coming up, I'll finish. Episodes was awful and not a fan of Californication either. Big C is ok. AMC is definitely on the list. Brian
QUOTE (fathom @ Apr 20, 2012 -> 09:28 AM) After a good episode last week, last night's episode of Awake was simply awful. I usually just have it one while searching the or something, if it's a good episode, I will get pulled in. I like that the son isn't annoying or anything. Actually a believable character. Wish he was on more. Sucks it will probably get cancelled. Awful time slot after two hours of comedies.

The HoJo diner they went to even reminded me of the one in Pulp Fiction. I wonder if that was on purpose with all of the separate stories out of sequence.
