The agent for Steelers RT Willie Colon revealed Monday that his client has a torn triceps muscle and is likely to miss the rest of the season.

Colon is scheduled for surgery on Tuesday morning.

The Bears tried like hell to get this guy.

I bet he wishes he was a Bear now.

I think it was Jaworski, he said "s***" to start a sentence and tried to hurry up and finish his sentence.

edit: yeah.

you should send that to deadspin before the NFL blocks it

I saw that draft report and figured it was mostly bulls***. I mean, talking about his smile? That's like people with Jay Cutler's facial expressions. Regardless, as far as his actual football ability... You don't have to like someone to see that. Why do people just make s*** up? Like the jamarcus Russell comparisons? Come on now.

Trent Dilfer was saying the exact opposite about him this morning on The Herd...that he lights up a room and and commands a locker room. That he "just gets it."

My guess is he is fully aware of the the power he can have in the NFL as a young star quarterback, and is simply trying to optimize that.

Chiefs season is over now.

Stevie Johnson can go f*** himself. I hope someone takes out his knees too. Karma is a b****.

Yeah that's dirty. I don't think he was trying to directly take out his knees - atleast I hope not - but there's always that risk with the chop block and that's why it's such a stupid play.

I am for some levels of de-p****fying the NFL, mostly including the ticky tack roughing the passer calls, but they simply need to outlaw the chop block.

I never give them credit but it might be because I loathe that team.

Loathing them is fine, but they gained the most yards in the NFL last year and Gates, Rivers, and Jackson had exactly 1 game where all 3 started. They're going to be a top offense in the AFC this year barring Rivers going down.

So much for the new rules ruining the KO return game, I guess.

This was also Urlacher's first game in which he recorded an INT, a fumble recovery and a TD

Apparently Jaworski apologized later in the game for it.

Well said.

Heard Jaworski swear on air. How in world of Cialis commercials, movie trailers featuring dismemberment can this still matter?

Yeah that was pretty awesome. And Lechler had a 77 yard punt. The Oakland kicking game is crazy. Now if their offense could learn how to pass.

They also blocked a punt.

Also Denver should win about no games this year.
