Balta1701
QUOTE (Leonard Zelig @ Apr 3, 2012 -> 02:59 PM) Do you mean that Nike has more say on the uniforms design than the teams do? Depends on how much they paid for the rights here.

Like we said in the NBA thread, it really is only a matter of time until soccer style corporate logos are on people's uniforms in this country. JPN366
QUOTE (GoSox05 @ Apr 3, 2012 -> 10:37 AM) Yeah. People are tweeting that they don't look that different. Except the Seahawks. Which I guess are awful. QUOTE (ChiSox_Sonix @ Apr 3, 2012 -> 10:39 AM) Seattle's uniforms are hideous Don't hate.
knightni
QUOTE (Quinarvy @ Apr 3, 2012 -> 02:51 PM) They removed GSH and moved the numbers on top of the shoulders for the Bears. Don't like the change. Edit: Nevermind, GSH is still there. I think Halas was a great innovator and early NFL pioneer, but "GSH" should have been removed from the jerseys 20 years ago. GoSox05
QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Apr 3, 2012 -> 01:33 PM) Morris Claibourne scored a 4 on the Wonderlic test. Ouch http://espn.go.com/nfl/draft2012/story/_/i...lic-sources-say It sucks that this stuff goes public What you should know about Claiborne's test score I don't know why the players take this test knowing that the scores are going to be leaked. daa84
why does it suck that it gets leaked? Its a measurement of one aspect of a football players ability. how is it any different than if an OT benches only like 15 reps? Thats televised

Its a measurement of one aspect of a football players ability. how is it any different than if an OT benches only like 15 reps? Thats televised I don't necessarily think being judged on your strength and intelligence are quite the same thing. It is what it is, these things will always leak. I just feel bad for the guy knowing he is going to be known as the guy who got one of the lowest scores ever in the NFL.

Balta1701
Nike touts what it calls a “lock-down fit” on its jerseys, making them tighter around the shoulder pads and harder to grasp. Bears linebacker Brian Urlacher told SI.com the new jerseys will make it “harder to get held, which is good since I get held on every play.” According to Nike, this year’s NFL uniforms will also be lighter, will keep the players wearing them cooler, and will stay drier than the materials used on the old uniforms.
