Loss of a Great Sox Fan

My father passed away on January 30. He grew up in Northern Indiana and became a Sox fan through listening to their games on the radio in the 50s. He took me to my first game when I was four (which was a Reds game, because at that time we were living in Southern Indiana). Went to our first Sox game when I was 8. What hurts the most is that my son turns four in April and we were going to take him to his first Sox game this season.

Sorry to hear that, man.

Thank you for that reminder. My dad just drove down to deliver a truck I bought. He and my mom spent 6 days on the road and basically a day and a half with me because of my job demands. He taught me by example the value of showing up ready to work every day.
