Texsox
I was just at a Boy Scout meeting and we were laughing at all the stuff we have done since joining and the ability to s*** in the woods came up. I thought it would make a nice companion to pissing in sinks. http://www.lnt.org/programs/principles.php DISPOSE OF WASTE PROPERLY Pack it in, pack it out. Inspect your campsite and rest areas for trash or spilled foods. Pack out all trash, leftover food, and litter. Deposit solid human waste in catholes dug 6 to 8 inches deep at least 200 feet from water, camp, and trails. Cover and disguise the cathole when finished. Pack out toilet paper and hygiene products. To wash yourself or your dishes, carry water 200 feet away from streams or lakes and use small amounts of biodegradable soap. Scatter strained dishwater. kjshoe04
I haven't although I suppose I would if the opportunity presented itself.
Middle Buffalo
QUOTE (kjshoe04 @ Mar 6, 2012 -> 09:25 PM) I haven't although I suppose I would if the opportunity presented itself. Life is about making opportunities for yourself, not waiting for opportunities to be presented to you. For God's sake, go s*** in the woods already! hogan873
I've had to take a s*** in the woods twice when I was hunting. Both times I missed opportunities to shoot a deer because my pants were around my ankles.

Balta1701
Yes, and given that you're not the only one at that camp/mapping that area often, you follow the leave no trace rules.
