cabiness42
We play decent basketball in the Big 12. Apparently, so does the MEAC.

Heads22
Pretty good game between Syracuse and Kansas State. People are getting a good look at the physicality of K State, not sure if it'll be enough, though. Wildcats need to start hitting some threes. caulfield12
First time I've been able to watch any of these teams play this year. D. Thomas from OSU is very impressive, he's completely taken over the game against Gonzaga. Still, 13-2 advantage in second chance points (that won't keep up) keeping the Bulldogs in it. 14 straight NCAA appearances for Few/Gonzaga Ohio State really played well for the last five minutes after sleepwalking and Sullinger foul issues.....16-7 run to end the half. caulfield12
QUOTE (YASNY @ Mar 17, 2012 -> 01:13 PM) KState ran out of gas. 'Cuse had too much depth. Just not enough scoring options, after Henriquez. This has been Martin's most offensively-challenged team, just lacking in experienced playmakers like they had with Pullen. God, I hate Syracuse. They've almost reached Duke status with me.
daa84
every time a white guy from Wisconsin flops is not ALWAYS an offensive foul. Wtf. 5 offensive fouls in 15 min and not a single block
daa84
Wisconsin has gotten 6 of the 6 calls that could go either way. Jeff Taylor has 0 and Vandy still down just 5. Gotta keep outa foul trouble tho
daa84
Well we got one there. Doesn't matter that Jordan tylor was outside the restricted zone, he wasn't set

Credit Wisconsin, definitely a team greater than the sum of their parts unlike Vandy who plays way under the sum of theirs IMO. Gotta credit Bo Ryan for that Edited March 18, 2012 by daa84

Soxbadger
Just rewatched the game because I was out all yesterday and didnt really watch it as closely as I usually do. Overall I think Wisconsin deserved the win, last play could have been called a defensive foul, but there was a lot of contact the entire game and Im sure both sides will say some calls didnt go there way. Rock, Thanks and congrats, might see another OSU- Wisconsin match up. Edited March 18, 2012 by Soxbadger
zenryan
That is going to be a tough loss for FSU to get over. They were set up perfectly for a nice run. Senior laden team, very good defense and good enough offense and they cant get out of the first weekend. Going to be a totally different team next season since they start 4 seniors. They better hope Snaer decides to come back.
