Mac title game is off the hook

Akron! My dad grew up in Akron and him and seems like most of his family went to college there so it was nice to see them overcome their PG being a moron.

I have no clue what to think of them now. Loved them before Abreu got suspended then they looked awful for a few games and then they look great last night. Hopefully they play a tough 4 or 5 so I don't have to think about them too much ha.

Not quite, Thursday tops today.

Well duh but today is still one of my favorite days of the yr. Week long Christmas. Or Hanukkah.

BTW, does Louisville have the midwest regional now instead of IU?

I would think so.

NOT COOL. I would think the outright winner of the toughest conference in the country would get it, but nooooo. I meant to go back and look at Louisville's schedule to remind myself of any good wins/bad losses they had.

In any case, it's not like being somewhere besides the Midwest regional is an excuse to do poorly. Step up.

Went back and looked it up. Only road win at Syracuse could touch IU's wins at Ohio State, at Michigan State and at Michigan.

Louisville's best wins:

Neutral court win over Missouri

Home win over Marquette

Road win at Syracuse

Home win over Notre Dame

Won Big East Tournament (includes neutral court wins over Notre Dame and Syracuse)

Regardless, my last point from above still applies. Being in the Midwest is gravy, in no way is it an excuse to underperform.

Yeah, but Louisville's losses are pretty legit.

Lunardi says no, in which case I will have to stay off Facebook for a couple days with all the angry U of L fans in my news feed.

Wrong, Lunardi has Louisville in the Midwest on his bracket.

How good of a fit would Collins be at NW?

Read on his wiki page he was the first ever player at Glenbrook North to play college basketball. Seems unlikely, even if it meant D-1 only.

When his dad was coaching the Bulls, Brian Sloan played for Glenbrook North. He palyed at IU.
