ELIAS: Yankees have best record in home openers since 2000, at 11-1. White Sox have 2nd-best record, 10-2. Both open at home today.

Does anyone know of a way I can watch or listen to the game today from work for free?

If you are within range of AM 670, you can listen for free, otherwise it costs $20/year for an internet audio subscription.

There is no way to watch online for free.

Sure there are, always sites that pop up with streams to the games just a matter of finding them. Don't give answers that aren't true.

I see a lot of out of market Bears games. It seems harder to find Sox games.

you can try justin.tv

ilemi.eu used to carry NBA and MLB, this year just NBA and only sporadically

now i just got MLB.TV but it doesn't come in very well at my school here in China...only late at night or on the weekends when the students are gone

otherwise, i listen through gameday audio, which is probably the best bargain still today, about half the price of a New Era fitted cap

2006 Opener ranks above Mark Buehrle's no hitter against Texas and all the playoff games I've attended. I'm fairly certain that nothing will be able to top it.
