I thought this was a good spot for our long reliever since we could use a guy going 2 to 3 innings. I don't like Jones in this situation. Really I believe he has starter caliber stuff, but he's never been able to put it together as a starter so I'm cool with making him a short relief pitcher. For comeback games after a win streak, you're going to need to win with your worst relievers on the mound. Sometimes you don't because they are, well, your worst relievers.
