Well, Carl has been playing everyday, and Rowand was about due for a start...but it seems like we always play all the bench guys on the same day, thus making our lineup have an AAA-like appearance. If I'm JM, I don't move CLee from the #2 spot...he just clicks there.

bruce levine just said on the radio pre-game show that Paniagua will sign after the pan-am games and report to Charlotte

said he has recovered from a back injury and his fastball is back to 93-mph, slider at 88.,

i assume he'll be in chicago by September.

if he's healthy, he'll help.

liked him a lot when he was with seattle

Cotts doesnt deserve another chance this year. He blew it the first time and showed he wasnt ready. Luckily we won and he didnt cost us anything but I guarantee if he does as bad next time, Wright wont be there to save his ass. Cotts can get his second chance next year in ST...

Fine and well, Roman...but tell me who DOES deserve a shot at the #5 position in the Rotation?

Wasnt it Wilson Alvarez that had a horrible M.L. debut and then his second start he threw a no-hitter? Give the guy a chance, its clear he's got the stuff, just has to worry about location and following through with his pitches.

Carlos got a bulls*** K, that curve wrapped around the plate dammit!

GO SOX! + Go #45!
