Well at least we fielded a competitive team for the first 2 weeks of the season. Haven't done that in a while.

Sox getting blown out AGAIN.

How come we NEVER blow anybody out ... or very rarely.

Our team blows.

I officially expect nothing out of Beckham offensively from now on.

He's a good glove, no hit guy.

Unfortunately that doesn't cut it at 2B. Dime a dozen position.

Greg!! Happy to be on the same side as you.

No doubt that DeAza will strike out now.

He destroyed that ball. Wind is howling in, which shows you how much Konerko crushed that ball. However, makes it even more frustrating that Danks was unable to challenge hitters due to his command.

That's bs.

He's broken.

Dude has a big stick...he's just broken...

Its really sad

1.2.) Yes .You guys are right. The man cannot hit.

3.) If he's broken, fine. It's time to send him down for THE REST OF THE SEASON.

Let Lilly play second.

I was thinking the same thing.

LOL at the Royals and Twins slugging it out for last place.

Shouldn't laugh TOO hard though, because one or both of those teams might pass us at some point this season.

I guess the future for the Twins is still probably bleaker than for us, but not by much. And they still have their almost brand-new stadium, too.

I agree, it's time to end the Gordon Beckham experiment.

I'm back to my original prediction.

~.500 team, 82 wins.

1.) Lilly's been a good team guy. Why not give him the final 400 at bats at 2B and see if he can improve defensively? Beckham can re-invent himself in the minors the rest of the year or follow in the footsteps of Fields/Anderson and be done.

2.) I think Sox will be five North or South of .500.

It's all gonna depend how they fare against fellow, lousy Central Division teams. It's still possible they could win a lot of divisional games.
