Mitchell with a fielding error (#2) that led directly to a run.

1-1 tie.

Saladino climbing, 2/2 again.

Drew Garcia pushing Beckham (lol) with a double and HR, 4 RBI's. Barons out to a big lead now, 5-1.

Simon Castro has been maddeningly inconsistent. Getting hit hard tonight again, 4 runs (3 ER) already given up in the first two innings.

Well, Conor Jackson's been playing 3B.

Who knows what the White Sox are thinking in regards to Morel and Beckham at this point.

Jackson is hitting .221 on the season in Charlotte. If anyone is thinking he deserves a callup, he better be replacing someone hitting .100.

Lillian was a week or so ago, but that was for Dunn as a platoon split and that call has died out with the focus now being on Beckham, Morel, Viciedo and Ramirez.

And Rios is regressing again.

But promoting Conor Jackson to play 3B at the major league level when he's played about 10 games there his entire career is insane.

They both woulod look good in a Charlotte uniform, even if for 3-4 weeks.

Justin Greene of all players hits a homer in the late innings to provide the winning margin for the Barons.

Nevin Griffith with his first save.

Castro gave up seven runs (6 earned) in 7 IP.

Justin has incredibly quick hands and has been clutch in the past.

But he's always been thought of a "speed-first" type of player.

Because anyone with his speed who could consistently hit for XB, play some D and not K 30% of the time would be an elite prospect, at least in our organization.
