Al Lopez Ghost (old)
It seems to me that every time we face a big game with Jon on the mound (Cleveland early this year, KC, etc.), that game is lost by the 5th inning. Last year against California he was: ERA 7.71, 0-2, 9.1 innings, 16 hits, 6 walks. Career: 6.50, 1-3, 18 inn, 27 hits, 10 walks. So I'm feeling a little uncomfortable about tonight's game. Any positive spin out there on this?
YASNY
Hopefully, the final score of tonight's game will be all the positive spin we need.

Any positive spin out there on this? Yeah, we've lost 3 in a row...... Odds are we won't lose a 4th. The law of averages has to work for you at some point. Any positive spin out there on this? You mean last year against anaheim? But yeah Garland makes me nervous everytime he pitches.
winninguglyin83
time for Garland to start pitching like a guy who has been in the big leagues for three seasons
Al Lopez Ghost (old)
well, there you have it. 0-2 count - base hit. 0-2 count becomes 3-2, home run. get down by three as quickly as you can. He's got a lot of talent but he wasn't around when they were passing out the intensity.
