Why is Wrigley not there?

It reeks of "history."

Wrigley traffic would seem to qualify it too

edit: although the rule about not being able to go down to the lower level is pretty terrible.

It truly is. One of the best things about the Cell right now is the abundance of outstanding food choices. But if you are stuck in the 500 level (and are not a season ticket holder), then you can't even access them, WTF? I assume they don't want too many people just going standing room around the 100 level, but I don't think the crowds are big enough to worry about that.

They were when they made that rule, though.

I think they should base the rule on expected attendance. They know their advance sales, and I'm sure they have some sort of research regarding walk-ups, so just revise the rule to say if the crowd reaches X attendance, the lower deck will be off-limits to non-ST upper deck patrons. Seems doable to me.

I'm biased of course, but I love Arrowhead Stadium. It's a wonderful place to watch a football game. It was just renovated not too long ago too. Kauffman Stadium next door had renovations as well. I've never been inside Kauffman, but I thought it looked cool on the outside.

I'm saying that some of these are older stadiums that while nice, could use an upgrade to a new facility.

Angel Stadium and Dodger Stadium are right there as well.

Soldier Field? There isn't a bad seat in the house.

I went to the Superdome last September when the Bears were there, I was surprised by how nice it was. The renovations forced to be done by Katrina actually got the place up to date and modern.

The inside of solidier field is pretty damn nice except for the lack of bathrooms. Their major error was putting so few seats in the stands.

It was physically impossible to put in enough seats, put in enough luxury boxes, maintain the old stadium facade, and make sure the seats had good sight lines. Simply couldn't do all of them.
