Gavin's gotta put his big boy pants on. We need this guy to go 6 or 7 innings and only give up a couple runs. He's crapped down his pant leg too many times this season.

With that being said, :gosoxretro:

Dude has a pink glove. If you cant beat a guy with a pink glove, you should quit the game of baseball.

Yeah, even my daughter uses a blue glove when she plays softball.

Great, the Angels just fired their pitching coach. With the usual offensive spark for a few games that normally happens afterwards, we may be blown out for a couple of games.

It was their hitting coach unless someone else got fired.

Sorry, just noticed that I typed pitching instead of hitting.

Usually when you let go of a hitting coach that teams offense catches fire for a couple weeks or so.

You're right. He has been pretty good lately. I suppose it's the bad games that really stick out. Well, in that case, Gavin, keep it up.

This is such a weird team. I seriously thought Tank would hit a jack to win it after that epic mistake on Ventura's part. Debating on whether to fight traffic tonight and go see it myself...

If you don't go.. sell me your ticket!

Decent seats for tomorrow's day game, too. Trying to find a way to skip out of work.

Aw damn, it's a day game? I was going to try and snag a ticket somehow, but I don't think I can take off work.

Do they come back later in the year?

The Sox play in LAA again September 21 through 23.

He and Tori Hunter will homer twice and drive in at least 5 runs combined over the next two days.

Hopefully the Sox can keep the Halos down.

Hunter is unlikely to play tonight.

Pujols had three hits last night

All three of them were infield hits, so not exactly line drives and XB smashes into the gaps.

He does have 14 RBI's on the season, which is only abysmal by his normal standards.
