Balta1701
QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ May 17, 2012 -> 04:07 PM) Replay of the Rios catch. http://mlb.mlb.com/video/play.jsp?content_...6998365214-1024 That is some of the best manicured sand/lines on an OF warning track I've ever seen. ChiliIrishHammock24
QUOTE (JoeCoolMan24 @ May 17, 2012 -> 04:07 PM) And Brandon League has successfully blown the save in Cleveland. Winning run on 3B for Cleveland with 1 out; Travis Hafner to the plate. With a RHP on the mound, the Indians REPLACE lefty hitting Travis Hafner with right handed hitter Aaron Cunningham. All they needed was a fly ball.....??

caulfield12
Beckham is clearly looking to go to the right side now on nearly every pitch. That's resulting in opposing pitchers throwing inside on him...Gordon has to learn how to turn on those pitches again. It's one thing to look up the middle or just to make solid contact, but limiting yourself to 1/3rd of the field (where it's very hard for you to drive the ball out), not such a good strategy. Gordon out-thinking himself again. Apparently, Mike Scioscia inquired about Beckham (with Ed Farmer) and wanted to know the backstory about his personality and make-up...said the Angels would be interested in acquiring him. Dick Allen
Walking Konerko makes way too much sense. It takes 3 singles to score him, what are the odds of that happening?
ChiliIrishHammock24
QUOTE (kapzk @ May 17, 2012 -> 04:24 PM) Dunn slumping 2 for his last 20 with like 12 Ks.
fathom
QUOTE (kapzk @ May 17, 2012 -> 08:24 PM) Dunn slumping 4-40 with 23 K against LHP. He can't be batting 3rd vs LHP, especially if you have the equally poor against LHP in De Aza batting 1st.

Probably to play 3b then, as they have Kendrick at 2nd. Knowing KW, he'll go after Callapso just cause he's a Sox killer.
