caulfield12 Posted June 2, 2012 Share Posted June 2, 2012 Why would you go with Ohman over Santiago? Doesn't make sense. Santiago can go 2-3 innings if he has to, Ohman can't. And mid 90's heat against their top four hitters (Montero's the one to watch out for, quiet so far)...is what they need more than high 87-91 MPH. You can't really blame Ventura 100% there, you have to try to get at least 4 innings from your starter....and the game was tied for the 2nd time. If ever there's a game that was meant to go to the Mariners, it's probably this one. But we're still just one big swing away from the lead or a tie game.
