caulfield12
Even when Flowers is playing 1B, he's successful at picking off runners. That's a huge plus with Tyler over there, the Dunn and Frank Thomas types always have struggled with that throw.
iamshack
Anyone think Tyler could put up Arencibia-type numbers if he played everyday?

He can definitely match the home run total. He'll probably walk more as well. But I really don't see him hitting any higher than .240-.250. He'll be Adam Dunn super-lite. caulfield12
Please, for the love of God, make it where the McDonald's ads can be closed out at least during the live innings at GameDay at mlb.com. That's just bad. It's one thing to force people to watch commercials during the breaks, but jeez. Edited June 7, 2012 by caulfield12
jeffro2525
Cleveland can just keep right on beating Detroit. I do not mind at all.
OilCan
QUOTE (iamshack @ Jun 6, 2012 -> 07:18 PM) Anyone think Tyler could put up Arencibia-type numbers if he played everyday? Arencibia's Numbers. Yep. Adam Dunn'esque. It won't hurt, that's for sure.
caulfield12
CLE pouring it on now, 8-2 over the Tigers. That would be 5-0 for the Indians against Detroit in the season series if it holds up. Max Scherzer ERA closing in on 6 despite striking out 12 batters per 9 IP. And a season low 6 games under .500.
Cali
Maybe it's just playing the Blue Jays, but the offense just looks listless compared to how they were looking during The Streak...

Romero and Morrow make a lot of teams look that way...The Sox scored enough to win last night...and it's been one inning against Morrow tonight. Noonskadoodle
I like Quintana because he just throws strikes & says if ya hit it ya hit it & relies on D. So irritating to watch Gavin Humber & Danks struggle to throw strikes lately.
