Rex Hudler
Have a friend in Chicago going to the Cubs game tonight. Anyone have any suggestions for restaurants near Wrigley?
Soxbadger
What type of food? If he wants sandwiches, I suggest Lucky's Sandwich Co (as seen on man v food). http://www.luckysandwich.com/ If he wants thin pizza I suggest Domi's (used to be Ian's but recently changed, its got interesting flavors and was from Madison). http://www.dimospizza.com/dimos_pizza.html There are a ton of places down Clark Street and in the area. There is also an Asian place south of Addison on Sheffield that usually is considered pretty good (ive never been there myself).
RockRaines
Yeah what type of food? Anyone who is on their way to a Cubs game via a car NEEDS to check out Glen's Diner, its not actually a diner persay but a ridiculous seafood restaurant, its on montrose. You should go there anyway some time. http://www.yelp.com/biz/glenns-diner-chica...diner%20seafood The last couple of nights I've gone to Au Cheval and Gilt Bar (same owners). Au Cheval on Randolph was UNREAL, great drinks, great food, cool atmosphere. Of course you pay for it a little bit. Swingandalongonetoleft
I'm 25, and when I was a sophomore in HS our Spanish class took a trip to a place called Tango Sur. It was the first and only time I've ever had empanadas, and years later I can vividly recall the taste every so often- completely out of the blue. It's like my tastebuds are having a flashback, and it's beautiful. Tango Sur
