Seriously? Those guys aren't major leaguers.

We're not going to bid for Napoli.

That means the BEST we could do would be either Doumit or Iannetta.

I think they'll give Flowers a shot to see if he can hit at least .210 or .220 with power and not K'ing more than Dunn.

DeAza's 7 game hitting streak in jeopardy.

AJ hustles more than the average MLB player, absolutely for sure. I'd venture to say that his career doesn't get this far if he hadn't had a reputation for hustling and being in the right place at the right time.

His defense lately has been getting lazy though. I have to wonder if it is because he gets far less rest than your average MLB catcher

His career has gotten this far because he's durable and has a sweet looking LH swing. He's a decent offensive player. Until this year, his D has been awful and, yes, he's lazy. If throwing your bat means you try hard, then he's not lazy. Throwing your bat doesn't mean s***. Run it out! He never does.

I've hated him ever since he threw the elbow at Frank at the Metrodome. I don't like him so it forces me to be way more objective. I'm happy when he does well, it helps the Sox, but he's a lazy, s*** talking SOB.

He plays the most physically demanding position on the field, and plays it more often than any of us his peers. Hardly the resume of a "lazy" player.

Not when running down to 1B on grounders or playing defense.

Your arguing with a guy who obviously has no idea what AJ's work habits are.

Great loss today and a loss tomorrow.

Soxtalk reaching new heights, now calling games before they start instead of just after a few innings

Dude I know Humber has been bad but that's why they play the game.

You could be down losing 5-1 in the 6th and win the game, just ask the Dodgers.

I heard the samething before Gavin's game the other day. A struggling pitcher(Has not pitched well since the perfect game) vs a dodgers lineup who is producing runs. Sounds like a win to me.

With the way Rios and Dunn are swinging, all it takes is a few runners on base before they get up and the Sox can beat anyone.

34-30 in a s*** division. The Sox suck just as much as the Indians and Tigers, except they had their one hot streak.

Wasn't that the obvious all along before the season started? Division s***ty enough we might actually win it!
