GT: Chicago White Sox @ LA Dodgers

I REALLY like Phil Humber as a person and I wish I knew what was going on. It's very odd after all this that he suddenly loses his command. Unfortunately we have to think about just calling anybody up to start just to get a different look. I'd honestly be okay with Zach Stewart starting and only throwing 60 pitches or whatever his limit may be.

Wtf do you want him to do fathom? Santiago is up throwing, he has been since the third run came in. Do you want Ventura to throw things? Get tossed out?

In all fairness to Robin, you are f***ed as a skipper if your guy can't go five.

The decision is made to start him. Once you start him, you have to let him try to go five, unless his name is Hochevar and he gets lit for seven in one frame. If Humber gave up 7, he'd have been hooked.

Great thing we cost ourselves 2 runs in the top of the inning most likely.

Farmer and DJ weren't against it, but Konerko just hasn't been hot and Rios has...you don't want to lose any baserunners, and Beckham just doesn't have the type of speed to steal 3B and be successful more than 25% of the time at best.

You'd have scored two with the triple and then had 2 chances to get Rios in from 3rd, not that we've been automatic in that situation since the Lance Lynn/Peavy game.

Kenny should have brought up Doyle instead of giving him away. Humber can learn Japanese as well as Doyle.

Holy crap can we stop it with Doyle. If he was so great he would have stuck with the Twins.

Speaking of Rios, he's playing like a definite all star.

My god he looks like a phenom up there.

What is the deal with Rios' career? I can't even think of whom he reminds me of, up there this season.

Tall, lanky and bashing everything.

Why can't he do this year after year?
