Kyyle23
f***ing flowers. Perfect peg by Rios. The appeal!
caulfield12
Thought Treanor left too early. Not the best throw from Rios there, should have had Treanor at the plate. He left early...wow!!! Got a break there. Great catch by someone with the coaching staff. Amazingly, only 60 pitches for Quintana so far through to get through the 6th. TitoMB345
What in the f*** did I just see? Where was the misunderstanding there? How many outs? The third base umpire CLEARLY called him out. Then they just stood there. Way to go, whoever called for that appeal! 1-0 Sox! Edited June 17, 2012 by TitoMB

Flowers needs to block the plate.
IlliniKrush
The batter asked for time, and it was granted, before Quintana came set and went to step off to appeal. So it's like nothing ever happened. Had to wait until a live ball situation, then appeal. Also, terrible call.

caulfield12
Mattingly ejected, predictably. He's torqued.
IlliniKrush
Clearly Mattingly went and saw the replay, knew it was wrong, then came out. Now THAT'S a play where replay could easily be put in.
iamshack
It didn't look like the umpire was even looking at Treanor.

Because it requires two views that have to be synced up on the fly. If the umpire does his job, that's an easy call for him.
