IlliniKrush
QUOTE (TitoMB @ Jun 17, 2012 -> 04:59 PM) Because it requires two views that have to be synced up on the fly. If the umpire does his job, that's an easy call for him. It's the 21st century. They just did it on the replay. Not too hard to pull that off. fathom
Someone needs to tell Flowers that when Escobar and the pitcher bat after you, you should be trying to hit a homer instead of taking numerous pitches.
JohnCangelosi
I'd like to see Jones/Crain/Reed right now for 7-8-
Cerbaho-WG
Replay could be implemented for just about any call if Selig had half a brain. Have a command center like the NHL (make it be Milwaukee to make Selig happy) and just get it over with.
TitoMB345
QUOTE (IlliniKrush @ Jun 17, 2012 -> 03:01 PM) It's the 21st century. They just did it on the replay. Not too hard to pull that off. I didn't see any timestamps. How do you know the two views were synced? Something like being a millisecond off could make a difference in this situation. Just because they show you two views does not prove they were synced accurately. No syncing with the human eye.
