Not really upset either(Maybe I'm getting old). A little down but I guess I cant really be upset to see the B's lose like this. I guess its fitting after the game 7 vs Toronto.

Oh well, congrats again guys. It was fun.

Thank you . 6 weeks to the day Bruins beat the Leafs.

Just got back from the bar, holy s***.

Krush I'm bummed I couldn't run upstairs and cheers you.

Jagr, this is for 92 f***er

Next year, my friend. Although with the amount of jumping I do, I would have ended up in your place anyway. No need to run upstairs.

I'm waiting to go out chasing the Cup at 3 or 4am. Because, hey, why not. Either rosemont or pony inn, we'll see. Goal: drink from the Cup this morning.

Wrigley has been nuts. Krush already volunteered to bail me out of jail though, no worries!

Whoa, whoa, whoa. I said I'd answer the phone. Not sure about the funds...

Still not arrested, you have no faith in me! Seriously the 3 am chase sounds like a great idea.

Well I'm doing it. Toews said keep the bars open as they will fill the Cup and share with the city. I am the city. Or something.

BTW, reading about these injuries. Bickell strained knee, hence the breakup of 88/19/29...Hossa disc problem where he couldn't f***ing feel his foot while playing. Toews concussion Game 5 (why the f*** was he playing........................). Handzus broken wrist, torn MCL. Also Bergeron was apparently half dead and played.

Jesus.

I didn't think this one could even get close to 2010. And it couldn't. But f*** they way they pulled that off....this is sure something. f***ing ridiculous.

Broken ribs and torn cartilage from game 5, separated shoulder from tonight.

guess Bickell had grade 2 sprain in a knee thats a 3-4 week injury. Shaw doing his Cheever's goalie mask impersonation.

After an exciting series on national tv, minus two games haha, the NHL needs to take advantage of this and market the sport and players better this summer. Stop shoving Backstrom down our throats and spread the wealth. It's never going to be at the levels of MLB,NBA,NFL but the thirst for more sports entertainment is out there. Golf, NASCAR and the UFC is getting theirs, time for the NHL to step up.

Good series, friend. It was a great battle and a great series. I thought Hawks in 7. Very close.

Backstrom FTW. Calling Geico now.

I guess at least Boston won 2 years ago. Because after tonight...wow. I don't know what I'd do with myself watching that 17 seconds if I was a Boston fan.

well as the resident Bruins fan all I can say is congrats to you guys. Sometimes the puck doesnt bounce your way and usually in series this tight, the team that does the better job around the crease wins. Chicago got to the loose pucks a lot more frequently on both ends of the ice over the 6 games and deserved to win this series.

I'll never be upset seeing an American win an individual award in hockey but there is no way you can convince me that Crawford wasnt the Conn Smythe winner.

You are a gracious fan. You are da man. I really felt the Hawks had the best team, but I was worried when it looked like it was going back to Chicago for Game 7. Cause anything can happen in a Game 7. I wasn't giving up on this game, however. Unlike the Sox games, when I know they are pretty much dead, I just wasn't sure tonight's game was ova. I just thought the Hawks had more talent, and even the better goalie. Crawford saved the game tonight. Boston had so many good scoring chances and yet Crawford had so many critical saves. I guess I'm saying I think the best team won and that doesn't always happen when you are talking about Chicago sports in the postseason.

I don't pretend that I follow hockey closely, but I've paid attention to the Hawks this year. They made my city proud, so I am happy.

I follow the scores and standings in the regular season, but since moving to KC have been a playoffs-only type fan. Had season tickets all through childhood. Like you I'm proud of the team and the city but I don't deserve this happiness like other REAL fans who follow them all year.

NHL live guys said the #1 priority is to resign Brian Bickell.

I'm telling you right now I'd rather have Fro and Kruger back than Bicks, and its not even close

I'm pretty sure it was Bowman that said it.

Other than idiots breaking windows, jumping on cars/taxis and knocking everything in site by Clark street, that was a fun atmosphere to be in. Zero fights from what I saw and lets just say I saw a decent amount of boobies tonight. :) Two cups in 4 years... unbelievable. Zues lifting the cup after Toews was only fitting as well. (and Shaw lifting it with blood dripping down his cheek was awesome)

Andrew Shaw supposedly played with a torn labrum and two broken ribs.
